I completed my medical school training at the University of the West Indies, Mona in 2008. My neurosurgical residency was later done at the same institution and included clinical electives at The Ottawa Hospital and Sick Kids in Toronto. I have also worked in Endovascular Neurosurgery in the United States. My practice covers the entire spectrum of neurosurgical conditions. I am honored to have a network of friends who are brilliant neurosurgeons, all with advanced sub-specialty training, with whom I freely share in discussions about a range of cases.

I have worked with a number of research efforts and presented at a scientific meetings in Jamaica and overseas.

I hold memberships with the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons. I am an instructor in the Adult Trauma Life Support program in Jamaica. I also serve as the Co-Chair for the Caribbean Regional Committee of Mission Thrombectomy 2020+.

For leisure, I love a good story, the ocean and lazy weekends.
